BIRTH READINESS: The perfect birth is one where you feel in control, supported, and enjoy the experience. Your only responsibility during labour and birth is to feel the love and joy as your baby enters this world. This will have a ripple effect into your journey of parenthood. Are you ready for it? Do you have more questions than answers? Do you know what you want? Do you have expectations? Do you have fears, questions, doubts? Do you trust in your body? Do you trust in the process? Do you trust the “system” to support your needs? Knowledge is empowerment. It allows you to overcome fear of the unknown, freeing you up to have the most wonderful, beautiful, inspiring birth experience tailored just for you. Birth Readiness sessions are tailored to the individuals needs. The aim is to increase your knowledge of the birthing process to eliminate fear of the unknown. Learn to harness The Law of Attraction through positive statements: - I accept - I allow - I am safe Develop a Birth Plan that guarantees the feeling of success rather than the perception of failure.
