I had the absolute pleasure of caring for a couple who had attended one of Zoe’s birth preparation courses… and I was blown away by how prepared they were to tackle any turn the birthing process took and the mindset they were in! There was no fear - only complete trust in the process and the excitement of meeting their baby. It was so nice to see her partner also so involved in the techniques Zoe had taught through her classes.

After her birth I asked what classes they attended and now I can’t stop recommending Zoe!
