Birth Support Packages include: * 2 hour Birth Readiness session from 36 weeks, to comprehensively educate and prepare you for the birth experience. * 2 hour Mind, Body, and Spirit Alignment session to charge up your POWER and direct your thoughts and feelings towards a positive birth experience. * Birth preparation including breathwork techniques for calm birthing, positive visualisation exercises, movement for optimal positioning of baby, aromatherapy and acupressure. * On-call 24/7 text support from 36 weeks of pregnancy. * In person support throughout established labour and birth. * 2 hour Postnatal Support session in your home during the first few weeks following birth, to smooth your transition into parenthood.
